About this lot
The laurel Rotundifolia, in Latin Prunus laurocerasus 'Rotundifolia', is the most common species of laurel and is widely used for creating dense low or high hedges up to 5 meters. The leaves do not fall off and are green all year round. That's great, because it means you can also look at a beautiful green hedge during the winter. Moreover, the Rotundifolia is the most affordable among the laurel varieties. Like most other laurels, the Rotundifolia also has a flowering period. In the case of the Rotundifolia, this is in May. White flowers then appear that attract butterflies. The plumes of the flowers give way to black-red berries that are popular with birds around August. The flowers and berries will not appear if you prune the hedge plant regularly.
