EMC MERCURY 1350 - 3 RRK 3-Belt Sander (2023)
High-end machine designed for the calibration and sanding of wood panels, with three successive processing groups (roller, roller, combined skid roller), guaranteeing a perfect finish and precise control of the material removal.
Machining units:
• 1st grooved steel roller Ø 180 mm – speed 18 m/s
• 2nd rubberized roller Ø 180 mm, hardness 65 sh – speed 18 m/s
• 3rd combined roller-skid group Ø 140 mm, pneumatic aluminum glide blade 40 on/off, hardness 45 sh – speed 18 m/s
• Decimal adjustment of the working pressure, exclusion and automatic recovery of the grain thickness.
