Freeze and store at temperatures of -35oC and -18oC. Equipped with a combined compressor installation with associated condensers and evaporators. Consisting of Centaura shock-freezing system type 2xg6e-3-y-40b with 3x Bitzer cooling compressors 4FE-28Y-4P. The installation is complete including the accompanying switch panel. Freezer evaporators are equipped with electric defrosting and separate ceiling fans. Delta Technics condensers with a heat recovery installation that generates hot water. Refrigerant type: R 449 A.
